| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form received by the Local Planning Authority on 14th October 2008 and revised detail drawing dated 26th November 2008. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of the satisfactory alteration to the premises in accordance with the submitted details. |
