| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | When the wind turbine ceases to be operational, the installation shall be removed within three months of the cessation. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area. |
| 3. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- The applicant is reminded that a water main maintained by Essex and Suffolk Water crosses the site close to the application site and the need to ensure that the three metre easement is maintained. |
| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal provides for a sustainable form of energy for the school. Furthermore the proposal is consistent with Policy NNV2 of the adpoted Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
