1.	The proposed signage, hereby approved, must be positioned on land under the jurisdiction of the applicant, clear of the highway boundary. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the public highway is free from distractions that would jeapordise highway safety. NOTE: The Highway Authority reserves the right under Section 152 of the Highways Act 1980 and under the general provisions of Common Law to remove any sign causing distraction, dazzle, obstruction or nuisance.
2.	REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria of the Great Yarmouth Borough wide Local Plan and in particular, policy BNV22.
