| 1. | This permission expires on 10th March 2014 and unless on or before this date an application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the local planning authority the use shall be discontinued.

| 2. | The tables and chairs and enclosing barriers shall be removed from the pavement when the cafe/diner is not open for business and in any event no later than midnight on any day.

| 3. | The tables, chairs and barrriers located on the site shall be carried out entirely in accordance with the submitted details and all positioned on the site at any time the area is permitted to be in use.

| 4. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:-
The applicant is reminded that any street furniture to be re-located shall be moved in accordnace with details to be agreed with the local planning authroity and shall be carried out at the applicant's own expense.
The applicant is also reminded of the need to obtain the necessary Highways Amenity Licence (Street Cafe) in order to use the section of the pavement hereby permitted under planning legislation. |
| 5. | The proposal meets the requirement for outdoor seating set for Street Cafes in the Council's 2007 Guide. The proposal also meets the requirements of Policy TR23 as set out in the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan. |
