| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The operation of the micro turbine unit shall accord with the details set out in the technical reference document accompanying the application and the equipment shall be maintained so as not to exceed these noise level. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the amenities of the occupiers of nearby residential properties. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal provides for the more sustainable production of energy in connection with the operation of the store. |
| 4. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- The applicants attention is drawn to the need to comply fully with the requirements of the Brish Pipeline Agency relating to the nearby High Pressure gas pipe-line adjacent to the site and the need to meet the requirements as set out in points 1 to 11 in the attached letter. |
