1.	The advertisement hereby permitted shall be removed form the site and the land restored to its former condition on or before 6th October2011 unless an applicaiton for the extension of the period of permission is approved prior to the above date. The reason for the condition is :- To enable the Local Planing Authority to maintain control over the land and to ensure the removal of the sign which could, if allowed to remain, become detrimental to the amenities of the locality.
2.	REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan and in particular, policies BNV22 and BNV24
