No.Condition Text
.In the opinion of the Local Planning Authority the proposal does not accord with the provisions of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan as it is located outside any defined development limit or village boundary and the dwellings are not connected with agriculture, forestry, organised recreation/tourist facilities or the expansion of existing institutions. In this case no evidence has been put forwards to support the need for these dwellings which would warrant a departure form both Local and National policy which are designed to protect the countryside from unnecessary development.
.The development would be outside any established settlement and would represent an undesirable consolidation of the existing form of development and an unwarranted intrusion into the countryside detrimental to the character and visual amenities of the area.
.The proposed dwellings would require the use of a long access driveway of insufficient width to allow the vehicles to pass and is without an adequate turning area, resulting in general inconvenience for the servicing of the property and those who would occupy the dwellings.
.For the reasons given above the proposal is considered to be contrary to the provisions of the Great Yarmouth borough Wide Local Plan including, in particular, policies HOU7, HOU10,NNV3 and NNV5.
