| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | Prior to the flue hereby permitted first being brought into use or within two months of the date of this permission, the extraction unit within the system shall be enclosed with sound insulation materials in accordance with a scheme submitted to and agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority in consultation with the Environmental Health Department and shall thereafter maintained in accordance with the approved scheme unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
Precise details have not been submitted as a part of the application and in the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby properties |
| 3. | Prior to the extract unit associated with the external flue first being brought into use or two months from the date of this permission, details shall be submitted of an odour control unit to be installed in the installation and works in accordance with such details as may be agreed with the Local Planning Authority in consulation with the Environmental Health Section and thereafter maintained in accordance with the approved details, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
Such details have not been submitted as part of the application and in the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby properties. |
