1.	The proposed erection of a two-storey house with accommodation in the roofspace is contrary to the form of layout envisaged when outline planning permission was granted for this site. Condition no. 4 of planning permission 06/03/1165/O required the dwellings on plots 8, 9 & 10 to be of single storey construction with no dormer windows or other openings in the roofspace to protect the residential amenities of the occupiers of the nearby bungalows on Filby Close. The proposal is therefore considered to be contrary to Policies HOU7 and HOU 15 of the Adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan in that it would be detrimental to the residential amenities of the occupiers of the nearby dwellings.
