1.	The proposal to to convert the existing property into two units of accommodation together with a substantial first floor addition to the rear of the building in order to provide an adequate unit of accommodation would give rise to a form of development that would adversely effect the residential amenities of the occupiers of the adjacent dwelling by virtue of loss of light and visual amenity and is thereby considered to be contrary to Policy Hou23 (B, E & F) of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.
