1.	The unclassified road, Market Lane, serving the site is considered to be inadequate to serve the development proposed by reason of its inadequate visibility at the junction of the A1064. The proposed development would lead to the unacceptable increase in use of a sub-standard junction with a stretch of classified highway where the principal function is that of carrying traffic freely and safely between centres of population. The proposal, if permitted, would be likely to give rise to conditions detrimental to highway safety contrary to Policy TCM13 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.
