| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The occupation of the flat shall be limited to the owner(s)/ or manager/employee of Summerfields Holiday Village or a dependant of such a person residing with him or her. The reason for the condition is :- The site lies outside any area in which the Local Plannng Authority would normally permit residential development and permission has only been granted in this instance having regard to the particular need for a dwelling on this site. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal provides security for the site. |
