| 1. | The structure of the sign shall comply fully with the requirements set out in by the Highway Authority, details of which were endorsed by the applicant on 3rd June 2008. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the stability of the sign in the interestsof highway safety. |
| 2. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria of Policy BNV22 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
