| 1. | This permission expires on 31st May 2009 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the use shall be discontinued. The reason for the condition is:- In order to retain control over the use of the site until the effects of the proposal have been experienced and in the interest of the amenities of the locality. |
| 2. | All access to the premises shall be via the entrance from Marine Parade and the doorway on the Trafalgar Road shall be kept closed and only be used in an emergency after 11.30pm. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the amenities of the occupiers of nearby premises. |
| 3. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- This permission only relates to the variation of condition no.7 and no amplified music shall be played on the ground floor of the premises between the hours of 9am and 11.30 pm on any day as required by condition 10 of planning permission 06/05/0890/F. |
| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the requirements on a temporary basis of Policy TR12 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan. |
