| 1. | This permission expires on 29th May 2013 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the portakabin shall be removed from the site. The reason for the condition is :- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the development which is of a type that might become detrimental to the visual amenities of the locality. |
| 2. | INFORMATIVE NOTE :- The extension, i.e. portakabin, referred to in this permission is that which is illustrated in 'Picture 1' of 'Appendix One' to the Design and Access Statement which accompanied the application. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The Borough Council considers that, subject to the above condition, the proposal satisfies the requirements of Policies EMP16, NNV3 and NNV5 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. continued on next page :- |
