| 1. | The proposal to relax the requirements of condition no.7 of planning permission 06/05/0890/F is not considered acceptable by the Local Planning Authority in that the extension of hours of operating the family entertainment centre and restaurannt/bar on the premises until 12.30am will introduce additional noise and disturbance to the occupiers of the nearby properties on Trafalgar Square and Apsley Road and create conditions significantly detrimental to the residential amenites of these occupiers contarary to the aim of the above mentioned planning condition. |
