| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The building hereby permitted shall not be brought into use until a revised car parking layout has been implemented in accordance with a plan to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The plan shall provide for the (on-site) parking of a minimum of 33 cars, i.e. as required under planning permission Ref. No. 06/96/0941/F. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the provision of satisfactory car parking facilities. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- In the interests of allowing the establishment to comply with smoke free legislation. |
