| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | Notwithstanding the details of the handrail and railings shown on the submitted drawing, revised details shall be submitted for the approval of the Local Planning Authority and all works shall be carried out in accordance with such details as may be agreed prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted. The reason for the condition is :- In order that a more suitable design of handrail and railing can be agreed appropriate to the appearance of the structure which occupies a prominent location in the Seafront Conservation Area. |
