| 1. | The proposal to relax the requirements of condition no.2 of planning permission 06/07/1013/F is not considered acceptable by the Local Planning Authority in that the extension of the hours of operating the business until 04.00hrs on 25th December and 04.00hrs on the 1st January in any year will introduce additional noise and disturbance to the occupiers of nearby properties and create conditions significantly detrimental to the residential amenities of the occupiers of the nearby dwellings which is considered to be contrary to the aim of the above mentioned planning permission. |
