| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the submitted letter and revised drawings comprising existing and proposed ground and second floor plans and front and rear elevations dated and recieved by the local planning authority on 12 September 2007; all works of making good shall be carried out using materials in keeping with the type and texture of the adjacent original materials and the works shall be carried out under the watchful eye of the Conservation Officer of local planning authority who shall be informed of the date when the works are to commence. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and for the local planning authority to ensure materials and work which is appropriate to the buildings status as a Listed Building. |
| 3. | The Reason for the Approval. The local planning authority considers that subject to the above conditions the proposal complies with Policy HOU22, HOU23 and BNV5 of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan 2001. |
