| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans Drawing No.01 and detail thereon and details set out on the application form. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in accordance with the application submission. |
| 3. | The annexe accomodation hereby approved shall only be occupied in conjunction with and ancillary to the existing dwelling house and by a member of the same family and at no time shall it be occupied as an independent dwelling unit of accommodation or by persons unrelated to the occupants of 3 Cotman Drive without the prior written approval of the local planning authority. The reason for the condition is :- Because of the special circumstances of the application. |
| 4. | The Reason for the Approval. The proposal subject to the above conditions is considered by the local planning authority to be consistent with Policy HOU 18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan 2001. |
