The application site has outline planning consent for residential development and is development of a brownfield site within the development boundary in the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan 2001. The Local Planning Authority considers that the details hereby approved subject to the above conditions and those imposed on the outline approval are supported by housing and design principles in Local Plan. |
