| 1. | This permission expires on 30th September 2010 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the use shall be discontinued. The reason for the condition is:- In order to retain control over the use of the site until the effects of the proposal have been experienced and in the interest of the amenities of the locality. |
| 2. | The application site shall be used for the siting of additional tents pitches only and for the period of 31st March or Easter which ever is earlier, to 30th September in any calendar year and for holiday occupation only. In accordance with the terms of the application and to assess the impact of the use and protect the visual amenity of the area. |
| 3. | The Reason for the Approval. The local planning planning has approved the application on a temporary basis to assess the impact of the proposal on the locality whilst seeking to suport the local tourist economy. |
| 4. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- Notwithstanding this grant of planning consent the applicant is reminded of the existing planning permissions on Rose Farm Touring Park which restricts the uses and numbers to specific areas and the need to comply with the those consents. |
