1.	The erection of a bungalow across almost the full width of the plot and with a large roof line running east to west across the site would have a significantly detrimental effect on the outlook and residential amenities of the adjoining dwelling to the north. The proposal would therefore be contrary to Policy HOU15 and Criterion (E) of Policy HOU7 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan which seek to protect the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjoining dwellings from inappropriate development.
