| 3. | Notwithstanding the above conditions, the first floor bathroom window in the south west elevatiopn shall incorporate obsure glazing which shall be retained thereafter and no windows other than those shown on the approved plans shall be inserted above ground level without the prior written approval of the local planning authority. The reason for the condition is :- To protect the residential amenity of the adjacent property. |
| 4. | The Reason for the Approval. The local planning authority considers that subject to the above conditions the application complies with Policy HOU 15 of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan 2001. |
