1.	The proposed siting of tables and chairs on the forecourt of the premises is considered by the Local Authority not to be acceptable as precise details of the type to be used have been submitted in order to assess the visual impact of the seating area in the street scene and the use of the facility is likely to give rise to noise and disturbance to the detriment of the occupiers of nearby properties. Furthermore the proposal does not accord with the Borough Council's guidance note on street cafes/outdoor seating guide in that no provision has been made a barrier or means of enclosure to the area.
