| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | Prior to the demolition commencing on the former clinic building confirmation shall be provided to the Local Planning Authority that a contract for the use of the site as a car park, permitted under planning permission 06/07/0484/CU has been let and that the car car park will be formed and laid out immediately following completion of the demolition of the building. The reason for the condition is :- In order to ensure that the development of the site takes place in an orderly manner in the interests of the appearance of the site which occupies a prominent location in the Conservation Area adjacent to a Grade II Listed Building. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the requirements of Policies BNV1, BNV9 & TcM20 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-ide local Plan. |
