| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out stricty in accordance with the sketch elevation 'Reorganised Signage' received by the Local Planning Authority on 15 June 2007. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidsance of doubt and to secure signage appropriate to the buildings status as a Listed Building. |
| 3. | The Reason for the Approval. The propsal subject to the above conditions is considered by the local planning authority to comply with the aims of Policy BNV5 of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan 2001. |
