1.	The erection of a two storey house with accommodation in the roof space would have a significantly detrimental effect on the outlook and residential amenities of the adjoining bungalows to the east of the dwelling. The proposal would therefore be contrary to Policy HOU15 and criterion (E) of Policy HOU7 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan which seek to protect the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjoining dwellings from inappropriate development.
