| 1. | Notwithstanding the submitted drawing the signs A, B & C shall be sited inside the windows of the ground floor bay windows on the south side of the building as agreed with the Local Planning Authority on 25th July 2007.
The reason for the condition is :-

| 2. | The maximum luminace of each sign shall not exceed the following:-
A, B, C, D & E 800cd/m2.

| 4. | The Highway Authority reserves the right under Section 152 of the Highways Act 1980 and under the general provisions of Common Law to remove any sign causing dazzle, obstruction or nuisance. |
