| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- This permission supersedes the requirements of the Section 106 Agreement dated 20th August 1991 in respect of the use of the premises as a Pool Club. This permission should be read in conjunction with planning permission 06/07/0225/CU. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal is considered by the Local Planning Authority to be an acceptable alternative use of the premises within the Commercial Core of the town subject to the restrictions on the operation on planning permission 06/07/0225/CU and is considered to comply with the requirements of Policy SHP4 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Plan. |
