1.	The proposed development is considered by the local planning authority to be a cramped form of backland development which, because of the size of the plot, its location and relationship to neighbouring dwellings will have an adverse impact upon the general living conditions of the occupants of the neighbouring dwellings on account of the loss of privacy, impact upon outlookand general noise and disturbance associated with a dwelling in this location; the proposal is therefore contrary to Policy HoU7 and HOU15 of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide LOcal Plan 2001.
