| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the details on the application forms and approved Drawings No.(S) 10 D1,(P2)20F D1,(P2)21F, (P2)21R D1,(P2)32D1, (P2)50 D1 and the detail thereon received by the Local Planning Authority on 18 April 2007. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance doubt abd in accordance with the submitted details. |
| 3. | The Reason for the Approval. The local planning authority considers tha subject to the above conditions the proposal complies with the aims of Poicy Hou 18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan 2001. |
