REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- In view of the fact that the County Council as Highway Authority, taking into account advice contained in PPG13, do not object to removal of the condition and it has not been demonstrated that non-compliance with the condition has caused significant detriment to the amenities of nearby residents, the Local Planning Autjhority considers that it would not be justified in insisting on its retention.
