| 2. | No development shall take place until details of the exact types and colours of the facing bricks to be used in the construction of the dwellings and garages hereby approved have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
Insufficient information has been included in the application for consideration of these details. |
| 3. | No development shall take place until details of the foundations to be used in the construction of the dwellings and garages on plots 2, 3 and 4 have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
The reason for the condition is :-
To avoid damage to adjacent trees which are the subject of a Tree Preservation Order. |
| 4. | No development shall take place until further detail of the scheme of landscaping shown on the revised site layout plan, Ref. No. 1089.05, has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The scheme shall include details of size, species and spacing of trees, hedges and shrubs, and arrangements for their protection and maintenance. It shall be completed within one year of the occupation of the dwellings hereby approved or the completion of the development, whichever is the sooner, and shall make provision for :-
(a) the protection and maintenance of existing trees and hedges which are to be retained on the site;
(b) re-seeding and re-planting where failures or damage occur within a period of five years from the date of planting; and
(c) the replacement of any damaged or dead trees with trees of similar size and species at the next appropriate season
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.

Attention is drawn to the notes on the outline planning permission and the need for full compliance with condition Nos. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 imposed thereon (NB the revised site layout plan, Ref. No. 1089.05 supersedes the previous site layout plan, Ref. No. 1089.02, the latter being referred to in condition Nos. 1, 5, 8 and 9 of the outline planning permission). In respect of condition No. 4 of the outline planning permission, the details to be submitted shall include an indication of the boundary treatment to be erected at the rear of Nos. 78 and 80 Station Road, Ormesby St Margaret. |
