| 1. | Planning Policy Statement 25 requires those proposing development to be responsible for providing a Flood Risk Assessment to assess the risks from all forms of flooding to and from the development taking climate change into account. The Environment Agency is not satisfied that the submitted Flood Risk Assessment contains adequate information to demonstrate that the development and its users will be safe for the lifetime of the development. |
