1.	The proposal to install a new fascia and projecting sign on the facade of the building obscuring architectural features on the frontage is considered by the Local planning Authority to detract from the character of the Listed Building and Conservation Area in which it stands and is therefore contrary to Policy BNV22, BNV25 and BNV26 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan which seeks to control advertisements in relation to the built environment and to safeguard the visual amenities and character of the area.
