| 1. | This permission expires on 31st January 2014 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the use shall be discontinued and the containers removed from the site.
The reason for the condition is:-
In order to retain control over the use of the site until the effects of the proposal have been experienced and in the interest of the amenities of the locality. |
| 2. | The containers shall be laid out on the site in accordance with the submitted drawing and any variation to the layout shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | The external appearance and finish of the containers shall be maintained in accordance with the submitted details.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
| 4. | The containers shall only be used for storage purposes and shall not be used for any other purpose without the prior consent in writing of the Local Planning Authority and no storage shall take place elswhere in the yard.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure the use of the site takes place in the manner contemplated by the Local Planning Authority on the grant of this permission and in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
| 5. | The floor level of the containers shall be set no lower than the existing ground level and an necessary flood proofing measures incorporated where appropriate.
The reason for the condition is :-
To minimise the impact on the development from the effects of flooding. |
| 6. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the requirements of Policy EMP16 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan. |
