| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | All camping areas should be situated at or above a minimum ground level of 1.1 metre AOD.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure the appropriate protection to the development and its occupants. |
| 3. | Prior to the occupation of the site,details of a flood response plan shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Local Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
To minimise the risk to occupants in the event of flooding.

| 4. | The owners of the site shall erect suitable permanent warning notices detailing the nature of the flood risk and the flood plan. A fixed sign shall be displayed permanantly at each entrance to the site giving this information. All signs shall be kept legible, clear of obstruction and up to date if the information changes.

To ensure that the owners and occupiers of the site are aware that the land is at risk of flooding. |
| 5. | The number of tents on the approved site shall not exceed 10 in total at any time and shall be used for holiday purposes only.
The reason for the condition is :-
In accordance with the terms of the application and to minimise the potential impact of additional traffic impact upon the local highway network. |
| 6. | The Reason for the Approval.
The proposal is considered by the Local Planning Authority to have a limited impact upon the highway network and rural landscape. |
