THE APPLICANT'S ATTENTION IS ALSO DRAWN TO THE FACT THAT THE OUTLINE PERMISSION IS SUBJECT TO A SECTION 106 AGREEMENT DATED 18TH JULY 2006 RELATING TO THE PAYMENT OF A COMMUTED SUM FOR THE PROVISION OF PLAYSPACE/OPEN SPACE ELSWHERE IN THE LOCALITY. |
