| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The building hereby approved shall only be used for the garaging of private motor vehicles and domestic storage in association with the adjoining dwelling and shall not at any time be used as living accommodation.
The reason for the condition is:-
To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the development and in the interests of the amenities of the area.

| 3. | Prior to the building hereby approved being brought into use, the approved on-site parking and turning area shall be laid out, demarcated, levelled, surfaced and drained and retained thereafter available for that specific use.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure the provsion of adequate on-site parking and turning facilities for the development.

| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
Subject to compliance with the above conditions, the proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in Policy HOU18 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan. |
