| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with Drawings No.1029:02 received by the Local Planning Authority on 26th May 2006 and the detail thereon. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | The finished floor level of the proposed extensions shall be set no lower than those in the existing dwelling. The reason for the condition is :- To help manage potential flooding of the development as the site is in an area identified by the Environment Agency at risk of flooding. |
| 4. | The Reason for the Approval. The Local Planning Authority considers that subject to the above conditions, that the proposal complies with the aims Policy H11,INF2 and B11 of the Broads Local Plan 1997. |
