| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | No part of the proposed structure shall overhang or encroach upon highway land and no gates, if installed, shall open outwards over the public footway. The reason for the condition is :- To prevent obstruction of the public footway in the interests of highway safety. |
| 3. | Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Pemitted Development (Amendment) Order 2005 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) the premises shall only be used for purposes within Class A3 of the Town and Country Planning Use Classes (Amendment) Order 2005. The reason for the condition is:- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the site. |
| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the requirements of Policy TR7 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
