1.	The extended opening time would be inappropriate in this locality which, despite its commercial nature, is mainly busy during the daytime and does not have much in the way of late night activity. Any extension in opening hours is likely to lead to increased noise and disturbance late at night which would be detrimental to the amenities of the occupiers of nearby residential accommodation. The proposal would be contrary to the aims of Policies SHP4 and SHP15 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local plan which seek to prevent adverse effects on neighbouring occupiers and the local environment.
