1.	The extended opening time would be inappropriate in this locality which has houses opposite and flats over commercial premises on the south side of the road. Any extension in opening hours is likely to lead to increased noise and disturbance late at night which would be detrimental to the amenities of the occupiers of nearby residential accommodation. The proposal would be contrary to the aims of Policies SHP4 and SHP15 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local plan which seek to prevent adverse effects on neighbouring occupiers and the local environment.
