| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The finished floor level of the conservatory should be no lower that the finished floor level of the existing dwelling. The reason for the condition is :- The site is located in an area identified by the Environment Agency at risk of flooding. |
