| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. |
| 2. | Notwithstanding the submitted details prior to the installation of the dish its precise shall be agreed with the Conservation Officer of the local plannimng authority local planning; the dish shall then be located in accordance with the agreed location and shall not be relocated on the building without the prior written agreement of the local planning authority. The reason for the condition is:- Because the precise details have not been submitted and agreed. |
| 3. | Within 3 months of the date of this grant of planning permission the satelite dish on the front of the property shall be permanently removed. The reason for the condition is :- The dish is considered an inappropriate addition to the character and appearance of this Grade 2* Listed Building. |
| 4. | The Reason for the Approval. The proposal- whilst introducing a alien feature on this Grade 2* Listed Building - subject to strict control over the siting of the dish and the other conditions above, is not considered by the local planning authority to be harmful to the fabric of or detact from the appearance in accordance with Policy ENV5 of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan 2001. |
