| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. |

| 3. | Notwithstanding condition 2 above, the development shall not commence until the exact details of the type and colour of the materials to be used in the walls and roof covering have been submitted to agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. | 4. | The Reason for the Approval. The local planning authority considers that subject to the above conditions the proposal complies with POlicy H11 of the Broads Local Plan 1997. |
