| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | No part of the proposed structure shall overhang the public highway and no door or window shall open outwards over the highway boundary. The reason for the condition is :- To prevent obstruction of the public highway in the interests of highway safety. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria of Policy SHP8 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
