1.	The erection of two houses on this site is contrary to Policy HOU15 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan, in that, the proposal would be an overdevelopment of a restricted site resulting in a lack of residential amenity and the creation of a poor quality of environment for the future occupants of the proposed dwellings. The height and bulk of the proposed dwellings would also result in overshadowing of the adjoining property to the significant detriment of the occupiers thereof.
